What this product is not

Not a log tool No logs, no traces, no APM. Prometheus is the only data source and there are no plans for a second.
Not a UI builder Dashboards are YAML in your repository. There is no drag-and-drop editor to learn or to lose.
Not a data store Your samples stay in your cluster. We hold tenants, tokens and a denylist. Nothing else.
