Your first dashboard

It will walk through a dashboard from an empty file: choosing the four or five panels an on-call engineer needs, writing each query so it returns one number or one short list, committing the file, and watching it appear on the phone at the next sync.

Until then, the Quickstart shows a complete two-panel dashboard, and the dashboard library has finished ones to copy.
